Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. • No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. • Future appointments may be restricted after repeated missed appointments.
